I donot exactly remember that ICQ has been stop the free sms in many countries.(Last time more than 50 countries but now just 6 countries only.)

http://www.sms.ac/ also no more free sms. If you want to send sms, you have to pay.
That was very useful because I can save money and easy to write message. I cannot use anymore.
